I found out that they are very efficient, after annoucing the winner, they contact me straight away and asked me about my details and posted out the necklace on the next day. Due to my personal reason, i was not able to picked my parcel on the spot. So i need to drive to pos office this coming monday. The most heart-warming-touching part is the page admin actually asked me about my parcel when she checked out that i failed to pick up! Through my online shopping experiences, so called experiences! Sellers usually want buyers to inform them about the parcel, but for her case was upside down! So sweet huh!
